Radu Crișan

The law office was founded in 2021 by Dr. Radu Crișan, a lawyer with over 23 years of professional experience (a member of the Brașov Bar since 2002, a partner in the law firm “SCHIAU PRESCURE TEODORESCU CRIȘAN” since 2008, a lecturer at Transilvania University of Brașov between 2004 and 2019, and the author of legal studies and university textbooks). Since 2016, he has been on the permanent list of arbitrators of the Court of Commercial Arbitration attached to the Brașov Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he has resolved various commercial disputes as an appointed arbitrator and presiding arbitrator.

As legal counsel to his clients, Radu Crișan assists with business negotiations, drafting and/or reviewing legal documents, assessing legal risks and opportunities in a range of business situations, and identifying the best legal solutions for clients’ needs. Dr. Crișan is also a litigation lawyer and has represented clients before courts and arbitral tribunals in domestic and international disputes, with extensive experience in litigation at all levels.
